1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the philbingo platform — whether through the website at philbingo.app or the philbingo mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. philbingo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use philbingo, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a philbingo employee.
• You must not have a self-excluded account or a previously terminated account on philbingo.

philbingo reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with ineligible play may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on philbingo. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. philbingo may require identity verification — including government-issued ID and proof of address — before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practice.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• Two-factor authentication and OTP verification are available to secure your account. It is strongly recommended that you enable them.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately.
• philbingo is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on philbingo are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made via Philippine bank transfer and supported local e-wallets. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals require completed identity verification before processing. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal access restricted.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
• philbingo does not accept deposits or process payments via credit card or cryptocurrency under any circumstances.
• Funds deposited to your philbingo account are held separately and used only for gaming activity and withdrawals — they are not used for operational purposes by philbingo.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All casino games, slot titles, bingo draws, and virtual sporting outcomes on philbingo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Outcomes are independent of previous results, player count, or bet amounts. Live casino games and sports betting results are determined by the real-world event or the live dealer, as applicable.

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the platform are final. Errors in selection made by the player cannot be reversed once a bet is placed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the round may be voided and any stake returned at philbingo's discretion.
• For sports betting: if a match is postponed or cancelled and not replayed within the applicable settlement window, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Manipulating or attempting to interfere with game outcomes through any technical means is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Individual game rules are available within each game interface. By playing a game, you confirm you have reviewed its rules.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

philbingo may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentives to registered members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds and free play credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. philbingo reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer if an account is found to be ineligible.
• The abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
• No promotion constitutes a guarantee of profit or a promise of winnings. All gaming involves financial risk.

7 Responsible Gaming

philbingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help members manage their play, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed upon verification and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Deposit and wager limits can be set voluntarily through your account settings at any time.
• If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing financial or personal harm, contact support to discuss available options.
• philbingo does not permit access to any user who has requested self-exclusion, including across devices or shared accounts.

8 Privacy and Data

• Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and fraud prevention.

• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on philbingo and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds — any such instances must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Allowing a minor to access your account for any purpose.

10 Liability Limitations

philbingo provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous and error-free operation, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• philbingo is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or connection interruptions beyond its control.
• philbingo is not responsible for the player's own internet connection, device performance, or failure to secure account credentials.
• philbingo's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of the claim.

11 Changes to These Terms

philbingo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed on the platform.

Continuing to use philbingo after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. If you do not accept revised terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure.
